Professional at R299/month and Enterprise at R850/month include keyword alerts in one daily digest scheduled for 07:00 SAST. Starter at R149/month does not include email alerts. Closing reminders for saved tenders are sent around two days before the closing date; verify deadlines with the issuer.
What does Starter include?
Starter costs R149/month for unlimited tender browsing, keyword search, province and category filters, up to 10 saved watchlist items and an awards history view. Choose Professional if you need daily email alerts, unlimited saves, saved-tender notes and applied-bid tracking.
Where does the data come from?
We collect notices from National Treasury eTenders, provincial and municipal portals, and state-owned enterprises. Coverage, published award details and document availability vary by source. The issuing organisation's official notice and amendments remain authoritative.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, all plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Am I paying to submit or win a government tender?
No. You pay for TenderSearch SA's search and monitoring tools, not access to government contracts or a better evaluation score. Submit bids directly to the issuing organisation as instructed in the bid pack. A subscription does not guarantee a contract, and we take no commission on awards.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. While signed in, just open this Pricing page and choose the plan you want — the switch is processed through a fresh checkout and your new plan takes effect once payment clears.
